Description

-- The Okanogan National Forest is requesting quotes for a contract to supply all materials, equipment, supervision transportation and labor for Herbicide Application to treat noxious weeds on the Tonasket Ranger District, Okanogan National Forest. Applications or performance period is from May 14th with all work, reports and submittals completed by September 15th for each spraying season. The estimated two year contract, if funded and the optional season exercised, would encompass approximately 300 acres, an estimated 232 acres to be done with ATV and 68 acres with backpack spraying. The resultant contract shall be a time and materials type contract, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity with a one year option ordering season. The basis for quotes will be by the hour rather than by the acre or site. Work will be accomplished using calibrated equipment including backpack or ATV. Task orders will be placed with established ceiling amounts. Contractor shall provide a signed SF-18, filled in Certifications and Representations, Experience and financial questionnaires as attached, and evident of required certifications to perform the subject work. Individual task orders shall be placed based on a time and materials basis. This contract would remain in effect for FY 2001 spray application and FY 2002 follow-up applications if funding is available and optional ordering season exercised. Resulting purchase order awards will bemade under Small Purchase procedures and limited to $100,000 or less. NAICS code is a small business size standard is $13.5 million.
