Description

The US Army Special Operations Command has a Medical Instructor and Support Services requirement for 4th BN USA JKF Special Warfare Center and School at Fort Bragg, NC. Period of performance will be a base year (1 October 2001 -- 30 September 2002) with 4 option years. Primary place of performance will be Fort Bragg, NC. The requirement is for medical instructors, as well as a wide variety of services to support the classroom instruction and facility. These support services include Veterinarian, Logistic, Engineering (IT/AV), and Personnel/Admin functions. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. The NAICS Code is 541990, the size standard is $5.0 million. Date for receipt of proposals has not yet been established, the solicitation will provide the submission requirements to include the exact date and time. The estimated date for release of the solicitation is 1 May 2001. This solicitation will be available on the web site -- http://abop.monmouth.army.mil/socom.nsf/. All contractors must register for the site and EACH solicitation to ensure that notification of changes are provided. Paper copies of this solicitation are not available. The bid submission must be submitted to the contracting office with an original signature; Additionally the files may be compressed (zipped) into one, self-extracting file entitled "PROPOSAL.EXE" using WinZip version 7.0 or less.
