Description

This is a modifcation to presolicitation notice (approx on 13 Feb 2001) that was previously listed under classification code "C" but is hereby changed to "R". Engineering services to provide an initial Mil-Std-1553 bus interface capability by generation IDCU 1553 kits (42 ea and 4 ea ground support equip) and interim contractor support. The "Letter Request for Proposal" will be to the sole source contractor in accordance with 10 USC 2304(c)(1), supplies or services are only available from one or a limited number of responsible source and no ther type of supplies or services will satsify agency requirements: Northrop Grumman Corp, Electronics Sensors and Systems Division, PO Box 746, Baltimore, MD 21203.
