Office Space Wanted By the U.S. Government United States Government Desires Existing Building Lease Requirement: The General Services Administration is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of approximately 17,780 square feet of rentable space. Rentable space must yield 15,878 to 16,670 occupiable square feet, together with nine (9) reserved, off-street, outside parking spaces available for use by Tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Location: Space offered must be located within the following delineated area in the City of Phoenix, AZ: North: Indian School Road East: 7th Street South: McDowell Road West: 7th Avenue Lease Term: Five (5) years, three (3) years firm, with ninety (90) days termination rights by the Government after the initial firm term. The lease must be fully serviced. Tenant: Social Security Administration (SSA), Teleservice Center (no public visitors). Occupancy Required: December 1, 2001. Building Requirements: The building offered must not contain sprayed on fire-proofing or acoustical treatment containing asbestos. The building must conform to the seismic requirements of the Uniform Building Code 1976 Edition for existing buildings. Expressions of interest should include all of the following: 1.
