Description

Z Building 320, Battery Shop, Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA. This proposed procurement is Unrestricted. The Sic Code is 1542/NAICS 233320. Estimated cost of construction is between $250, 000.00 and $500,000.00. Completion no later than 119 calendar days. Work consists of two small building additions totaling 2000 SF for an office and battery charging area; HVAC; ductwork; sprinkler system, lighting; overhead door; acid drain line; water lines; and demolition of an existing concrete slab. Issue o/a 16 Apr 01; opening o/a 16 May 01. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge, to all registered plan holders. The media through which the Government chooses to issue this solicitation will be in either compact disk (CD) or web site. This solicitation will not be issued in paper. Contractors requests for solicitations and quotations will be performed through Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI). Contractors may register to be placed on the bidders/offerors mailing lists by going to the web site: http://ebs.nab.usace.army.mil. Contractors may view and/or download solicitation information from the Internet site. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered by the agency. In order to comply with the Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996, all contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be considered for award of a Federal contract.
