- This synopsis/solicitation is modified as follows: In 1)General, section B, remove the last sentence which states the aft platform section in its entirety may not extend more than 18 inches beyond the length of the tail rotor paddle at its most extreme aft extension. The remainder of the CBD announcement remains the same.
