Refer to Note #22. This announcement is for solicitation of NSN 4810-01-038-9302. This unrestricted acquisition under authority of FAR 6.302. Approved Sources for this NSN are (1) Northrop-Grumman, Cage Code 26512, P/N:123SCP125-7 and Moog Aircraft, Cage Code 19156, P/N:41C440-7. Restricted rights data restrictions apply. Specifications and drawings are NOT available. The following Solicitation Incremental Quantities apply to: From 15 TO 24, 25 TO 30, AND 31 AND UP. Small business size standard is 500 employees. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 4 years. While price may be significan factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
