CBD Synopsis of Intent for Information Technology Services (ITS) NAICS Code: 54151 -- Computer Systems Design and Related Services Notice: Thank you for your interest in Information Technology Tools (IT2) program. IT2 provides a five-year framework to conduct a series of iterative acquisitions to fulfill Air Force Information Technology (IT) and Department of Defense requirements as existing contractual vehicles expire or new requirements evolve. The next iterative acquisition is for the Information Technology Services (ITS) Supplier Market Category (SMC). HQ SSG is pursuing an Information Technology Services (ITS) vehicle to facilitate the ability of Air Force and Department of Defense customers to acquire a broad range of information technology services to provide modern technology support for mission requirements. Headquarters Standard Systems Group is offering potential offerors the opportunity to comment on the DRAFT Statement of Objectives and DRAFT Best Value Plan that may be used for this acquisition. This will not be a formal source selection under FAR Part 15 or a Simplified Acquisition pursuant to FAR Part 13, but a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) under the terms of your General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Schedules (FSS) in accordance with FAR Subpart 8.4. Special attention is directed to the Ordering provisions for services, which are available on the GSA website, which list the additional requirements for these efforts. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of vendor responses, proposals, or in the selection process.
