Description

Central Texas Veterans Health Care System, on behalf of the Consolidated Administrative Support Unit, Panama City, FL and its customers, intends to award an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract to National Flight Services, Inc., 4521 PGA Blvd, Suite 253, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33418, to meet specific needs and missions for Tactical Aircraft Services Support for the purposes of electronic warfare (EW) training support and adversary support to enhance that mission. Purpose of work is to provide tactical aircraft ( Hawker Hunter, MiG-21, A4 and/or similar aircraft) for support programs consisting of airborne threat simulation/emulation, weapons system simulation and threat representative aerial target presentations. Services will be procured on a sole source basis under authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source, and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Requirements (USC 253(c)(1). This is a proprietary unsolicited proposal. Services will be contracted for a base year and one option year, to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. No solicitation will be issued. This announcement is for information purposes. If no offers are received from sources that can provide the above services by April 5, 2001, contract will be awarded to National Flight Services.
