Description
The United States Corps of Engineers, Huntington District, is looking for interested sources with the capability to provide both audio and video teleconferencing services at various locations within Ohio, West Virginia, Kentucky, Virginia, Michigan, Illinois, and New York. This is not an all-inclusive list. The locations for teleconferencing services may increase or decrease as our scope of work is more fully developed. All interested sources are to provide on-site conferencing services and should have at least the following equipment to perform the required teleconferencing services: wireless equipment, video cameras, computer and video projectors, at least 2 large screens and other screens of various sizes, 35mm slide overhead projectors, Audio Public Announcement Equipment, microphone electron with speakers and stands, amplifiers, mike stands, and 4 wireless microphones. We are also interested in sources that are also able to provide transcription services (both a hard copy of the conference minutes as well as an electronic version on CD) for conferences. The USACE, Huntington District plans to formulate and award a contractual vehicle (Blanket Purchase Agreement, Requirements, or Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity) whereby we can obtain teleconferencing services with ease and at a best value. The amount of participants at various conferences may range from 20-500. All interested sources are to submit their capabilities, past performance history, and estimated price proposals for work to JoAnna Black at: joannab@lrh.usace.army.mil for consideration. Interested sources may also fax their capabilities, past performance history, and estimated price proposals to JoAnna Black at (304) 529-5738. The estimated price proposals will be used to help the Government determine the necessary funding for these contracts. Estimated price proposals should be based on conference size and location. The first conference that the Government is interested in obtaining services for is tentatively scheduled for May 7,8,9, and 10 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Small businesses, inclusive of HubZone, 8(a), small disadvantaged, women-owned, and veteran-owned are encouraged to submit their capabilities. All sources with specific questions are to submit them in writing to JoAnna Black at joannab@lrh.usace.army.mil or fax them to her attention at (304) 529-5738.
