NAICS Code 221210: Contractor shall own, operate and maintain facilities necessary to provide the Federal Correctional Institution with L. P. Propane Gas services at an estimated monthly average of 12,000 gallons. Contractor shall provide all tanks/equipment and all accessories at the storage tank site. Contractor shall maintain all equipment, components, and all accessories needed for dependable L. P. Propane Gas service to the institution. Annual and monthly usages are estimates only, for the benefit of the contractor, and in no way are to be used as actual requirements of the Federal Correctional Institution. The Federal Correctional Institution is located approximately 7 miles west of Three Rivers, Texas on Highway 72 West, Live Oak County. Currently there are a total of five 1000 gallon tanks on site that are supplying the institution with L. P. Propane Gas. These tanks are on site at the Federal Correctional Institution property. These tanks are not owned by the Federal Correctional Institution. The existing propane tank storage area is located approximately 650 feet from the Powerhouse, where the propane gas systems are then split and distributed to the Federal Correctional Institution and the Satellite Prison Camp. The storage tanks are secured in a 50' X 6' fenced in area. The existing system is a two stage vapor system, and contractor must provide the same system that is currently in place. Anticipated issue date of the solicitation is on or about April 11, 2001, with an anticipated receipt of proposal date of April 30, 2001.
