Description

S -- The Baltimore District, Army Corps of Engineers intend to award a sole source purchase order to Moon Township Municipal Authority located at 1700 Beaver Grade Road, Suite 200, Moon Township, Pennsylvania to furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary to connect the sanitary sewer for the Training and OMS/AMSA Building that's under construction in Moon Township, Allegheny County and to perform start up testing actions prior to the planned August 15, 2001 occupancy. See Numbered Note 22 (except change 45 days to 10).
