Description

The project is to remodel the Humboldt-Toiyabe Supervisor's Office. Work includes enclosing and finishing the existing open garage bay, installation of a concrete wash pad, remodeling 1580 sq. ft. of warehouse space to office space, installation of a new elevator, remodel existing restrooms to meet ADA requirements, enclose existing stairs to meet current code, relocate/add walls throughout the office, repair leaking roof penetrations, expand and upgrade current HVAC and fire sprinkler systems to current code. The project is located at 1200 Franklin Way, Sparks, Nevada. Est. start date is 6/01 2001 with 150 calendar days for completion. The estimated price range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This proposed procurement is under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, which is not a small business set-aside.
