Description

The work consists of the relocation and full depth construction of Moore Street; installation of all permanent drainage, sanitary sewer, water, gas, electric and telephone utilities in Moore Street; construction of a paved parking area adjacent to Moore Street to include lighting, fencing on barriers and pavement markings; demolition of existing buildings; site grading, relocation of an electrical transformer and electrical generator; excavation, stockpiling, testing and disposal of soil; installation of clean backfill; installation of pile foundations for future buildings on site; subsurface investigations; and temporary lighting.
