Description

Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and qualified supervision to Tuckpoint Buildings 131 & 133 at the VA Medical Center, North Chicago, Illinois. Work shall include, but is not limited to, Brick Replacement in various areas in Buildings 131 & 133 and Dust Control. All environmental issues and concerns need to be taken into consideration, as these are patient care buildings, and the main entrances will remain open, thus, possibly requiring canopying of the entrances. The completion date is 180 calendar days from issuance of the Notice To Proceed. Cost range is $500,000 to $1 Million. NAICS Code 235410 applies to this acquisition.
