Description
Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to replace the galley ventilation hood and hood fire protection system at Coast Guard Station Cape Disappointment, Ilwaco, Washington. The work includes, but is not limited to the following: (a) Demolish the existing galley ventilation hood system consisting of, but is not limited to, the rooftop exhaust fan, hood fire protection system, and the air handling unit and ducting to the scullery and the kitchen ventilation hood; (b) Provide a new ventilation hood system consisting of, but is not limited to, a new hood, ducting rooftop exhaust and supply fan unit, and hood fire protection system. Reuse the existing fire control cabinet; (c) Provide a new air-handling unit to provide makeup air to the Scullery Room and wire the on/off operation of the new air handler with the on/off functions of the existing Scullery Room exhaust fan; (d) Replace ceiling fluorescent lights with new energy efficient lights and install in new locations; (e) Relocate fire sprinkler heads to facilitate installation of the new ventilation hood; (f) Restore surface disturbed during demolition and removal, including roof, ceiling, and walls, Refinish surfaces to the nearest undamaged intersecting surface or other natural breaking point; and (g) Provide power to all new equipment and liquified petroluem gas to the heating element of the new exhaust and supply air fan unit. The period of performance is 120 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. This procurement is estimated to be between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00 and is open to both small and large budsiness in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 235990, Size Standard is $11.5 million. Our office no longer issues solicitation or amendments in paper form.
