Description

The work consists of clearing and selective clearing and disposal of debris therefrom; channel cleanout and disposal of channel cleanout material; placement of riprap and filter material; installation of 36-inch culvert pipe and drop culvert structure; dressing, fertilizing, seeding, and environmental protection. The estimated cost of the proposed work is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. This procurement will be a 100% small business set-aside. For the purpose of this procurement to qualify as a small business concern, in addition to being independently owned and operated and not dominant in the field of operation in which it is bidding on Government contracts, the concern must have had average annual sales receipts for the preceeding three fiscal years not exceeding $27.5 million. The supplies or services to be procured under this solicitation are classified in Standard Industrial Code 1629, NAICS Code 234990.
