- Description
- The purpose of this amendment is to restate the description of the requirements for numbers 4, 7, 8, and 12 since all symbols did not convey. All other information synopsized, for request for proposal N00173-01-R-MS02, remains the same. 4.) The reflectivity must be at least, 95 plus/minus 1%, through the entire 3 to 5 micrometer and 8 to 12 micrometer spectral regions. 7.) The maximum tilt angle for the X-axis and Y-axis must be, at least, 30 degrees full angle for each axis. 8.) The angular resolution of the device (or the maximum tilt error of each micro-mirror element) must be better than 1 degree for both axis. 12.) It must be possible to stabilize the temperature of the device at plus/minus 5 degrees Celsius.
