Description

Lakehurst Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst New Jersey has a requirement for Troubleshooting and Repair of HCT-12 Test Stand and associated equipment located at Naval Air Station Oceana, Virginia Beach Virginia. The resultant contract shall furnish all labor, equipment, material (including installation kits) and service necessary to repair, calibrate, and restore to Ready For Issue (RFI) condition the Hydraulic Test Stand, P/N HCT-12 and associated equipment. Repair shall be performed either in-house or on-site (whichever provided the most savings to the government). An on-site pre-award visit will be set up within the next 30 days for those prospective bidders who request such visit. The solicitation will be made available in Word 6.0 format on the internet at http:///www.navair.navy.mil/business/ecommerce/index.cfm. No solicitations will be mailed and no hard copies of solicitations will be made available. Responsible sources are advised to monitor the web site listed above for RFP release and RFP amendments, as necessary. The estimated release of the RFP is 02 April 2001. Phone, fax or e-mail requests for RFPs will not be accepted. The Government anticipates a firm fixed-price award as a result of this solicitation. This solicitation is being issued on an unrestricted basis. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
