Specification will be included in solicitation. This award will have a basic quantity of 165,000 each with two 100% option quantities. Delivery is to begin 165 days after award with deliveries going to New Cumberland, PA and Phoenix, AZ (6 each). Three first articles samples are required on or before 90 days after award. Previous history -- BA Graco Industries 6/28/99 99,181 ea @ $2.983. All materials are to be supplied by offeror. Contractor must have Duns number, Cage Code and be CCR Registered.
