Description

The Feather River Ranger District, Plumas National Forest, intends to acquire services for hand/machine site preparation and hand/machine line construction. This contract is to: write prescribed burn plan (to be approved by the Forest Service) to underburn the project area, prep the burn blocks, monitoring weather and keeping logs, burning blocks, mop-up burn blocks, and patrolling burn blocks. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for June 27, 2001 at 10 AM at the Bucks Lake Fire Station at the junction of Forest Roads 414 and 301. Estimated start work date is August 1, 2001. This solicitation will be available on or around April 11, 2001. This project is 100% set-aside for small business. NAICS 113110 $5.0
