Description

The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to award a sole source contract to Arctic Office Proucts under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit proposals. The requirement is for full service maintenance on government owned CANON copiers located at Fort Wainwright, Alaska. The models and numbers of each model are as follows: NP2020-4 each; NP2120-6 each; NP4050-4 each; NP6016-1 each; NP6045-1 each; NP6050-7 each; NP6221-1 each; NP6230-1 each; NP6521-1 each; NP6551-3 each; NP6650-1 each; NT6230-1 each; IR210S-5 each; IR330S-2 each; GP200F-1 each. The contractor must be an authorized CANON dealer; technicians that provide the service must be certified technicians. Copiers are routinely added and deleted from the contract. New copiers will be added on the 91st day after expiration of the warranty. A ten (10) day notice will be provided for deleting copiers from the maintenance agreement.
