Description

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to award four (4) Basic Ordering Agreements (BOAs) for supplies or services in accordance with detailed specifications or requirements for accomplishment of Dry Deck Shelters (DDS) and support equipment to Host Ship Interface Connections. The contractors shall provide engineering, technical and facility support for all overhauls and Restricted Availabilities (RAVs) on assigned DDS and support equipment. A BOA shall be awarded to each of the following four companies: Newport News Shipbuilding, Newport News, VA; Lockheed Martin, San Diego, CA; Oceaneering International, Chesapeake, VA; and Electric Boat Division of General Dynamics, Groton, CT. NAVSEA intends to issue multiple competitive delivery orders between the four companies for the foregoing efforts.
