- FISC Norfolk proposes to modify the level of effort by increase of 230,000 hours for Lot V performance period under contract N00406-98-D-5125 with AMSEC LLC of Virginia Beach, VA by other than full and open competition as required by SUPSHIP for engineering and technical services for direct fleet support of maintenance and planning for the overhaul and repair of equipment and systems associated with US Navy Aircraft Carriers (CV/CVN) and Battle Group Support Vessels to provide coverage until award of follow-on contract.
