Description: Request for Pre-Proposals: Federal Subsistence Fisheries Resource Management Program V 2002 The Federal Office of Subsistence Management (OSM) invites submissions of Pre-proposals for fisheries investigations to gather, analyze, and report information needed for subsistence fisheries management on federal conservation units in Alaska. Pre-proposals will only be accepted for stock status and trends, subsistence fishery harvest, or Traditional Ecological Knowledge. Deadline for submission is April 28, 2001, 12:00 PM Alaska Standard Time.
