Description

Furnish all necessary management, supervision, inspection, personnel, materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, transportation, and vehicles required to provide Portable Toilets and provide Pumpout Services to the Portable Toilets for various parks/areas located within the Mountain Home Project Office area as specified. Contract period shall be from 1May 2001, or date of award, whichever is later, through 30 September 2001 with options to extend through 30 September 2005. Solicitation will be on Compact Disk (CD-Rom) and provided free of charge. The solicitation will not be available in paper format; however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper when determined to be in the Government's best interest. All documents required for the offer submittal, including amendments to the offer submittal, shall be in paper medium. Electronic medium for submittalof offer will not be allowed. Solicitation issue date will be on or about 20 April 2001. Solicitation will be made available upon registration at the Little Rock Contracting Division internet website (address below). The date and time for receipt of quotes will be on or about 10 May 2001, 2:00 p.m. local time. Numbered Note 1 applies. The following NAISC # 562991 will apply with a size standard of $5,000,000.00.
