Description

The U.S. Army, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory (CRREL), 72 Lyme Road, Hanover, NH requires service and maintenance on an existing fire alarm system consisting of three separate but integrated systems (Fire Control Instruments (FCI), Simplex and Gamewell). Included in this requirement is service and maintenance on a Supervisory System for temperature and boiler flame monitoring, and a Panic Alarm Button System with automatic telephone dialer. All services shall be performed on site. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials and supplies to accomplish this effort. Most of the panels throughout the compound are FCI system panels. Contract duration is one 12-month base year with 2 one-year options. A site visit is recommended. This notification is for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 and supplemented with additional information and processed in accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses effective through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-23 and DFARS 20001213.
