Description

Furnish all necessary management, supervision, inspection, personnel, materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, transportation, and vehicles necessary to perform Janitorial services to the facilities within the Arkansas Post Field Office area as specified. Contract period shall be from 1April 2001, or date of award, whichever is later, through 30 September 2001 with options to extend through 30 September 2005. Solicitation issue date will be on or about 23 April 2001. Solicitation will be made available upon registration at the Little Rock Contracting Division website. The date and time for receipt of quotes will be on or about 8 May 2001, 2:00 p.m. local time. Numbered Note 1 applies. The following NAISC code 561720 will apply with a size standard of $12,000,000.00.
