- Description
- The Government is considering a No Cost Contract. The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number is 561510 and the Business Size Standard is $1M. The proposed contract is contemplated as a 100% Small Business (SB) Set Aside. All interested parties, to include HUBZONE and 8A Programs that have previously provided transportation/travel services on a military installation are invited to respond. NONPERSONAL SERVICES: The proposed acquisition is for the arrangement of Passenger Transportation Services. The contractor shall operate a full travel services office in the facilities provided by the government at Peterson Air Force Base, which will include support for Schriever AFB and Cheyenne Mountain AS personnel, and at the USAFA, CO. The contractor shall provide a full range of services to satisfy official travel needs at the least costly fare rates available for mission essential requirements after receipt of travel authorization from the TMO. A reduced level of service, capable of resolving travel problems, will be available by phone 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. The contractor shall provide the necessary computer software and hardware required to implement the reservation, ticketing, and management report requirements. All sources capable of performing a contract of this magnitude must also have previous/current experience providing these services on a military installation.
