Description

Rental of single and double office trailers for an approx time frame of 18 May 01 through 03 Jul 01. The sizes and quantities at the present time are not known. The trailers must be supplied with office furniture, A/C, minimum of one bathroom. Trailers will be delivered to the Fort Bliss, Texas area and McGregor Range. It is requested that all interested contractors submit a proposal stating sizes that are available, cost of delvery and pick (Ft Bliss and McGregor Range)and list all associated cost, etc steps, anchoring. Not all trailers will be leased for the entire time frame. Contractor Specialist will call contractor before an award is made to coordinate quantity, rental of time frame and location. All interested contractors may e-mail, fax (915)568-0836, or mail their proposal to the address in this notice. All contractors must be in Central Contractor Reister (CCR) before an award can be made. A solicitation will not be issued against this requirement. This acquisition is full and open competition.
