Description

Installation of elastomer coating on Bulidings A, B, and C at the National Mine Health and Safety Academy, Beaver, wv 25813. Furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, and materials not supplied by the government to perform work on Galbestos roof areas of three buildings in accordance with all drawings and specifications. Work includes, but is not limited to: power-washing of all roof panels, sweep-cleaning same, tightening/replacing all loose fasteners, and application of Ultra Shield Elastomeric Acrylic over entire roof areas. Ultra Shield coating, seam sealer, and polyester soft will be supplied by the government and will be on site prior to start of job by awardee. Materials to be supplied are listed in the bid package and shall not be priced by the bidder. Bid, payment, and performance bonds will be required. A mandatory site visit is tentatively scheduled for April 24, 2001. Solicitation J4R12012 to be issued on or about April 9, 2001 with bid opening on or about May 15,2001.
