Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for noncommercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N00164-01-Q0147 applies and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-22 and DCN 20001213. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332994 and the business size is 500 employees. This request is a Sole Source to Dillon Aero, Inc., 8009 E. Dillon's Way, Scottsdale, Az. 85260. The requirement is as follows: CLIN 0001 A quantity of 25 each Clutch Assembly for the GAU 17 Minigun, Part Number DAC3000. Delivery is 45 days after award, FOB. Crane, IN 47522. Final inspection will be at NSWC Crane. A Firm-Fixed Price purchase order will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
