Description

HYDRAULIC TEST STAND; 1 Each. This is a combines synopsis/solicitation for commerical item prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Insterested contractor may obtain a copy of specification by fax only (478) 926-3569. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation that will be provided for this announcement. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. See Note 1 -- The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation: Far 53:212-1(instructions to offerors), 52.212-2 (Evaluation-commerical items), 52.212-3 (offeror representations and certification -- commerical itesm), 52.212-4 (contract terms and conditions -- commerical items) and 52.212.-5 (contract terms and conditions required to implement statutes or executive orders -- commerical items). Quotations may be faxed to (478) 926-3569. The anticipated award date will be 23 April 2001. Must be in CCR to received award or any DOD order. RESPONSE TIME: All quotes due in by 16 April 2001 In accordance with clause 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be: price and price related factors.
