Description

Sole Source. The United States Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Yuma, Arizona, intends to negotiate a contract with EMCO Intertest Inc, 27-1 Ironia Road, Flanders, NJ 07836-9124 for a Cannon Video Borescope and Video Borescope Inspection System (VBIS) Control Console. This requirement is under the Purchase Request and Commitment (PR&C) Number W81R8T-1059-0012 -- 0013. Pursuant to FAR Part 12 and 13 this acquisition will be issued under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) for a Commercial Item, as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 5046 with a size standard of 100. The proposed contract will consist of two (2) Contract Line Item Number (CLINs) 0001 and 0002. CLIN 0001 is for quantity of one (1) each -- Cannon Video Borescope. CLIN 0002 is for a quantity of one (1) each Video Borescope Inspection System (VBIS) Control Console. This is an upgraded Cannon Video Borescope Inspection System to be used with current existing Video Borescope Inspection Systems for Cannon tube inspection at USAYPG. Responses other than the above source may identify their interest and capabilities to perform the requirement by submitting a proposal in writing. Proposals shall include complete mailing address, point of contact, phone number, facsimile number and business size. Responses shall be received by 2:00 P.M. MST on 02 April 2001.
