Description

This notice constitutes a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for 340 OTDR Extra Deluxe Kit, Part Number: 340DXK-5711-XX-XX which includes Mainframe with hard drive, 850/1300nm (24/27dB), 1310/1550nm (32/30dB), Power Meter, SM CW Light Source, VFL, SoftView3, Deluxe Transit Case, Extra Battery (2), 305 Meter, Quantity:1. Date of delivery: 1 May 01. This notice serves as the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) portion of the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act (FASA). The quote shall provide a description to include part number. The quote shall state if the product is priced Open Market or GSA and if so, state GSA contract number, Tax identification, cage code and business size.
