Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the current Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. The Marine Corps Northeast Regional Contracting Office currently has a requirement for a Playworld System (or approved equivalent)Active Play Components that will accommodate approximately 68 users to consist of the following: playmaker series phase 1& 2; standard swing w/four belt and two infant seats; trash receptacle, 32 gallon; poly cover; 8'recycled plastic bench, grey; custom sign; plastic border timbers 12" height, black. Please furnish pictures accompanied by complete list of parts.The referenced brand name is not intended to be restrictive, but represents the minimum requirement of the Government. It is the bidders responsibility to furnish sufficient information to the Government to determine acceptability of the"equivalent" items.
