Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation (ACB-1-Q-0009) is issued as an RFQ and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 97-21. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. This requirement is for the expansion of the Voiceprint International Digital Recording System currently installed at the USINS, Law Enforcement Support Center at 188 Harvest Lane in Williston, Vermont. A seamless integration of the required hardware and software to increase the capacity of our current configuration is required. The system must interface with the onsite Nortel Meridian phone switch and the Voiceprint International Digital Recording System via direct digital connections. The systems must support mirrored DVD drives, GSM compression, and include remote maintenance and administration software. The system must support audible beep tones and allow remote maintenance at the extension level with the ability to selectively record extensions. The system must interface with the Voiceprint International proprietary GUI interface for the retreival, call tagging, and archiving of recorded calls. Calls must be stored in the existing call database in order to interface with the existing reporting software. FAR Clause 52.213-4, Terms and Conditions -- Simplified Acquisitions (Other than Commercial Items) (FEBRUARY 2001) will be incorporated by reference on the award.
