Description

The 11th Contracting Squadron/LGCN, Bolling AFB, DC, intends to procure on a sole source basis, a firm-fixed price purchase order from Creative Event Development, 2229 S. Ironton Court, Aurora, CO 80014, to provide the Air Force Community Centers with an overall strategy to improve programming and development an overall strategy of improving programming and design implementation with training on the Air Force special events at eight Air Force locations. Each special event plan will include feasibility of ides on Air Force installations. The contractor is required to be a Certified Special Events Professional (CSEP); posses a minimum of five years experience providing training and consultation to military Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) programs; and five years of developing and implementing special events in civilian communities. Authority is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C) (1). The SIC code assigned to this project is 7999. Note 22 applies.
