Description

U -- The Army War College, Department of Distance Eduaction is soliciting proposals for 11 each instructors for its non-resident MEL-1 program. Students are 05 or higher ranked military or equivalent civilians. Services are required on a part time basis from 30 July 2001 to 28 July 2002. Much of the coordination and evaluation of student papers can performed on or off site, however the instructor must be on-site for the summer resident phases, RCNSIS, instructor multi-media/software training, discussions with the chairman and/or faculty meetings. Qualifications are MEL-1 certification or PHD or DOD senior command level experience. A non-manditory pre-proposal conferece will be held on 16 April 2001 (13:30) at Root Hall. Multiple awards will be made on a best value basis. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business. Acquisition packets are only available by return E-Mail.
