Description

The USDA Forest Service, Mt. Hood National Forest and Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area solicit proposals for Equipment Rental Services for various pieces of heavy equipment with operator. Equipment includes but is not limited to excavators, dump trucks, graders, backhoes, rubber-tired skidders, spyders; snow plows; chippers; water tenders; fron end loaders; bob cats; track loaders; Grade All; roadside brushers; self-loading log trucks. Multiple awards are anticipated. This will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract with a Base Year plus 4 Option Years. Work will be ordered by the issuance of Task Orders. Work is expected to begin on or about June 15, 2001. This Solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. See Numbered Notes 1 and 4.
