Description

WANTED TO LEASE The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is interested in leasing approximately 7,778 square feet of administrative/office space, 269 square feet of unheated storage, 1,916 square feet of maintenance shop, 1,540 square yards of privately-owned vehicle parking, and 600 square yards of military vehicle parking area, in Nacogdoches, TX. The military equipment parking area will require fencing and lighting for 12 wheeled/tracked vehicles. Only offers for providing the total square footage within one complex will be considered. A five-year lease with the Government having 90 days termination rights after the first year is required. Options to be considered are: (1) Lease of existing facilities and land; (2) Lease of existing facilities and land with an option to purchase; and (3) Build-to-suit lease with an option to purchase.
