Description

The Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight (OFHEO) requires the services of one or more contractors in remodeling their office space at 1700 G Street, NW, 4th Floor, Washington, DC 20552. The remodeling may be phased in over approximately three years and be outlined in performance based task orders. The work will consist of, but not be limited to, the removal of existing carpet, ceiling, lighting, system walls and furniture and installing new carpet, ceiling, lighting, new system walls and furniture. The contract will be for a base period of three years with possibility of two option periods. A preproposal conference is anticipated. Requests for the RFP shall be in writing. Two mailing labels should accompany each letter request. Telephone requests will NOT be accepted. The solicitation's issuance date is April 6, 2001 with proposals due May 7, 2001 at 12:00 Noon.
