Description

The U.S. Department of Energy, Nevada Operations Office (DOE/NV), intends to solicit the services of David H. Schultz on a sole source basis to provide subject matter expertise for the continued implementation of the DOE/NV Emergency Management System in accordance with DOE Orders. This purchase order will provide for the completion of work which was begun under a previous agreement. Activities include design, development, delivery, and evaluation of emergency planning, preparedness, and response documents and activities for the facilities under the cognizance of DOE/NV. Due to the unique nature of the work and security issues, possession of a "Q" clearance is required.
