Description

U.S.DOI, Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Southwestern Indian Polytechnic (SIPI), Facilities Management has a requirement for construction of new gravel parking lots, renovation of existing gravel parking lot and installation of new 6'W x 112'L sidewalk. Includes approximately 130,291 sq ft of earthwork in grading new parking lot, vegetation removal, removal and disposal of material not suited for fill, base course grading, course refilling, and compacting surface to receive gravel topping. Description of work and campus map of work areas will be included in the RFQ. Contract award will be made on All or None basis. Site visits are encouraged and can be arranged with SIPI Facilities Manager, Mr. Warren Tsiosdia at (505) 346-2345/2375. The RFQ closing date is April 19, 2001 at 4:30 p.m. (local time).
