Description

The National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Mountain Administrative Support Center (MASC) has a requirement to build an earthen berm at the New Orleans WFO, 62399 Airport Road, Slidella, La. This is for the National Weather Service Flood proofing for the RDA/Generator Facility. Technical merit as well as price will be used to evaluate offers. As the technical merit becomes more equal, price becomes a greater factor. Procurements under Simplified Acquisition Procedures ($25,000-$100,000) are set-aside for small business unless small business cannot meet the need at a reasonable price.
