Description

Marine Corps Logistics Base, Life Cycle Management Center is conducting market research for a Load Moment System for the P & H Model HSHMC Cranes. The Marine Corps has 175 HSHMC Cranes in our inventory. We are seeking commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) or Government-off-the-shelf (GOTS) sources, technical information, and approximate costing for a Load Moment (Indicator) System for subject cranes. Desired characteristics are that the LMS system must be rated at 24-28 VDC. System is required to indicate load, boom angle, boom length, swing radius and contain a two block warning device. System should interface with original equipment magnetic cut outs and contain an override device for that system.
