Description

It is the intent of the Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division to award a sole source contract to Raytheon Systems Limited of Harlow, United Kingdom. The current requirement is the procurement of testing and manufacturing of the GAS-1N Anti-jamming Antenna Systems (up to 300 GPS Antennas, P/N PDD 809195/001 Issue A; and up to 300 Antenna Electronics Units, P/N PDD 809194/001 Issue D). The contract will consist of a base year with four option periods. Delivery shall be 12 months after receipt of order. The Government intends to negotiate this contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Raytheon Systems Limited is the designer and manufacturer of the antenna electronics and holds all rights to the intellectual property. All interested parties should respond within 15 days and may provide a capability statement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; any responses will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the repsonses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Numbered Note 22, 25, and 26 apply.
