- Description
- Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division has a requirement to purchase limited rights to the ABAQUS program software. ABAQUS is a unique state of the art computer program developed by Hibbitt, Karlsonn, and Sorensen, Inc., to perform analysis of complex non-linear engineering problems. This is a sole source follow-on procurement for a four year period. Quotations are anticipated from Hibbitt, Karlsonn, and Sorensen, Inc., 1080 Main Street, Pawtucket, RI, 02860. CBD number Note 22 applies. The Government intends to solicit quotations from only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302.
