Description

This is a sources sought synopsis only and not a request for proposal. Solicitation (FA4416-01-0070, Passenger Screening Service at Andrews AFB MD) anticipated issue date is 16 Apr 01. The contractor shall provide management, labor, supervision, consultation, training, and administrative support personnel to provide unarmed personnel and baggage screening services for all individuals, to include high ranking personnel, attempting access to the Andrews AFB Passenger Terminal, located at 1245 Arnold Ave, Andrews AFB, MD, or alternate location if required. This service will be required 24/7 for 365 days a year including holidays. The contractor will screen all personnel and baggage to meet all Department of Defense Passenger Terminal Force Protection requirements, Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR), Department of Transportation (DOT), International Air Transportation Association (IATA) and Air Mobility Command (AMC) regulations. Small Business Size Standard, North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 561612, Size Standard $9,000,000.00.
