Description

The Defense Supply Service-Washington, on behalf of the Office Joint Chief of Staff is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Quotations are hereby requested. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation H91269-0274-8860. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-3. This solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside. Response to this solicitation is to be made in accordance with the following 1. Scope: This requirement is for Oracle Software. Product Description: (a) Oracle Database Enterprise Edition for 3400 Universal Power Units with 1 Year Silver Support; (b) Oracle Label Security for 3400 Universal Power Units with 1 Year Silver Support; (c) Oracle Advanced Security Software for 3400 Universal Power Units (including electronic signature/approval capability (Silanis Approve-IT or equivalent) with 1 Year Silver Support; (d) Oracle Internet Application Server Software for 3400 Universal Power Units with 1 Year Silver Support; (e) Oracle Internet Developer Suite Software for 2 Users with 1 Year Silver Support; (f) Oracle Internet Directory for 10,000 Users with 1 Year Silver Support. 2. DELIVERABLES: Contractor Points of Contact (POCS) -- The Contractor shall provide the Government with the name, telephone number, and address of both a primary and a secondary POC.Delivery shall be no later than two (2) weeks after contract award. 4. APPLICABLE PROVISIONS: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-3 "Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items with their Offers"; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items (includes the following 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, and 52.222-37). The government will award a Firm Fixed price purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror offering the lowest overall price. Evaluation will be in accordance with FAR 52.212-2 past performance and price. No oral quotes will be honored.
